• Tear Off Roofing to gypsum deck.
• Repair and or replace Gypsum decking where needed.  Remove ASBESTOS Hot Stacks.
• Remove old curbing and replace deck area.
• ISO Insulation
• GAF 80 ML FREEDOM TPO
• New sheetmetal gutters and counter flashing
• GAF Manufacturer, will be providing to owner a 25 year NO Dollar Warranty

"I did a I did a walk over of the roof this morning, after my walk thru I must say I was impressed with the material used and the way it looks, While I am not a roofing person, I must say that the roof looks quite good and I am quite comfortable that it will be maintenance free for some time. All stacks are painted, and Bob until your note I was not aware that this was a extra without cost, and all flashing is fully completed and looks nice. So to all that were involved, I appreciate your hard effort and time in helping get this project completed. Bob great job on the finished product. Once again thanks to all."
