Major Weather Storm Project of 2011

Millard Refrigerated Services, a National Company that stores frozen goods for major food chains faced a safety hazard when the Snow Blizzard of 2011 dumped acres of snow on their refrigerated roofs.  Huge ammonia pipes running on the outside of the roofs were in danger of breaking and/or exploding due to the weight of the snow which averaged 30" – 50" deep. Singles was retained to perform the delicate task of removing the snow, by hand, so as not to damage the roofs and for the ammonia pipes not to burst and explode.
